WARNING:: All beads sold through LandS Arts are GLASS. Even though we fully anneal each bead (to insure glass stability)
they can still be harmful if struck with hard enough forces or swallowed. Keep Away from small children. The buyer assumes
all responsiblities that come with owning their glass pieces.
***"RETURN POLICY"- This is simple. If you are not happy, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. You will need to send back your package with your receipt and we will gladly send you a full refund promptly. After 10 days all sales are consider final.
***"SHIPPING & HANDLING"- Priority Shipping $4.50 and up depending on weight. with confirmation #'s
***"LOST PACKAGES"- We will cover lost/damaged packages. Damaged items need be returned promptly (within 5 days of receiving) for
replacement.
***"COMPLAINTS DEPT"- I am that department. If you have any complaints please notify me as soon as possible. What ever it is it will be delt with promptly!!
